Terms & Conditions - the basics

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all cleaning and related services (“Services”) provided by The Shiny Squad Deep Clean (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our clients (“you”, “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

The Shiny Squad Deep Clean provides domestic and commercial cleaning services as agreed at booking. Additional tasks such as deep cleans or gardening must be arranged in advance and may cost extra. Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time; if we cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise up to 50% of the service fee may be charged. Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed, and we accept bank transfer, card, or cash. We hold public liability insurance, but are not liable for pre-existing damage, undisclosed fragile items, or delays beyond our control. Any damage or complaints must be reported within 24 hours so we can resolve them promptly. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of unsafe conditions, harassment, or breach of these terms.

What to include in the T&C document

Our Terms & Conditions explain who can use our website and book our services, the payment methods we accept, and that we may update or change our services in the future. They also set out any guarantees we provide, our rights over the content and images on our website, and how that content can be used. In addition, they explain our right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a booking if necessary, along with other important rules to ensure our services are provided fairly, safely, and in line with UK law.
